The founder of RHS Consulting is a Weather Modification Association (WMA) Certified Manager and Operator whose contributions to the field of cloud seeding have made him well known and respected in the international cloud seeding community.

Senior and staff Meteorologists

 Our senior meteorologist is a respected and award winning meteorologist in the cloud seeding field. The RHS lead meteorologist is WMA Certified Operator and has vast experience in both weather forecasting and cloud seeding. His skills combined with RHS guidelines and modeling techniques provide flight staff with comprehensive weather forecasts to optimize targeting. Our senior staff and other meteorological staff work together to provide excellent forecasting and reporting for RHS clients.
