president and program lead BackgroundRHS Consulting was founded with a desire to provide increased water and with the concept of continually improving methods and strategies. Our team's scientific background, program experience and passion providing clean additional water resources for communities guides RHS in our cloud seeding programs both large and small.
The founder of RHS Consulting has many years of experiences and is a member of the Weather Modification Association (WMA), a Certified Manager and Operator whose passion for the field and desire to reliably and safely provide incremental increases to local water sheds. He has made contributions to the field of cloud seeding and is well known and respected in the international cloud seeding community. The primary goal at RHS is to apply our learned knowledge and skill combined with new techniques to provide our clients the very best cloud seeding services and assessments. RHS continuously evaluates and strives to continually improve on and implement techniques that provide safe, additional water to drought prone areas. |
Senior and staff Meteorologists Our senior meteorologist is a respected and award winning meteorologist in the cloud seeding field. The RHS lead meteorologist is WMA Certified Operator and has vast experience in both weather forecasting and cloud seeding. His skills combined with RHS guidelines and modeling techniques provide flight staff with comprehensive weather forecasts to optimize targeting. Years of experience guide each decision and numerous safeguards are put in place to ensure that seeding decisions are made carefully and with the needs of the project and project area in mind. Our senior staff and other meteorological staff work together to provide excellent weather forecasting and reporting for RHS clients.
Experienced field technicians work in pairs to make sure all field equipment is installed and working properly. The lead pilot has been working with RHS since 2007. Safety and efficacy are the primary focus of our aircraft seeding programs. |
