perfecting design
RHS considers all aspects of a program's design and components in feasibility studies. RHS will analyze if a program is technically feasible, economically justifiable and environmentally sound. Each watershed or region has unique terrain, weather patterns and water storage needs. In determining the feasibility of a cloud seeding program in a watershed or project area, RHS takes into consideration the program's water resource needs, typical weather patterns and cloud microphysics. RHS determines the best equipment and cloud seeding materials to be used in a cloud seeding (weather modification) program by analyzing all these criteria carefully. RHS thoroughly evaluates how cloud seeding materials and equipment are used in project in terms of both meeting water resource needs and environmental impact.
RHS will work with clients to design build a program that not only meets their needs but is cost efficient and geared to personal needs, requirements and outcomes.
