perfecting design
RHS considers all aspects of a program's design and components in feasibility studies. We will if a program is technically feasible, economically justifiable and environmentally sound. The effects of seeding or any operations are thoroughly addressed with all program designs. Each watershed or region has unique terrain, weather patterns and water storage needs. Environmental factors and concerns are a part of every decision. In determining the feasibility of a cloud seeding program in a watershed or project area, we takes into consideration the program's water resource needs, typical weather patterns and cloud microphysics. This helps choose the best equipment and cloud seeding materials to be used in a cloud seeding (weather modification) program by analyzing all criteria carefully. We thoroughly evaluate how cloud seeding materials and equipment are used in each project in terms of both meeting water resource needs and environmental impact.
RHS will work with clients to design build a program that not only meets their needs but is cost efficient and geared to personal needs, requirements and outcomes.
